(f). A separate lease to be issued for that portion of Marine

Lot 239 to the orth of the proposed extension of

Belchers Street as a Marine Lot. Such lease to be for the

residue of the term of the existing lease and the Crown

Rant to be in proportion to the area of the new lot. (g). A separate lease to be issued for that portion of liarine

Lot 239 to the South of the proposed extension of

Belchers Street as an Inland Lot. Such lease to be for

the residue of the term of the existing Marine Lot Lease

and the Crown Rent to be in proportion to the area of

the new lot.

(h). Separate leases to be issued for the areas coloured

yellow as Inland Lots. Such leases to be for a term of 75 years, (renewable for one further term of 75 years on the usual conditions), and the Crown Rent to be at the rate of $250 per acre. Subject to the lessee of Inland Lot 1355 undertaking to defray any extra cost involved in diverting the nullah between the two yellow areas to a suitable straight course, the boundaries of such areas adjoining the stream or nullah to be laid out in straight

lines.

(i). The Government to undertake during the year 1914 the

construction of a nullah from A to C on plan and to complete same within 24 months from the date of settle-

-ment of these terms.

(j). A sum equal to 25% of the cost of the nullah referred to in (i) to be paid into the Treasury by the lessee of Inland Lot 1355 within 7 days of the date of a letter signed by the Director of Public Works intimating the

amount payable.

(k). Permission to be granted to the lessee of Inland Lot 1355 to form a path on Crown Land from A to B and to construct a temporary bridge, 15 feet wide, over the stream at B. The lines and levels of the path and bridge to be subject to the approval of the Director of Public
